How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple. Follow these steps and our team will take care of the rest.

Contact Us

Email us at orders@designer-iwear.com or call (877) 961-2010 to let us know you'd like to return your item. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

Get Return Instructions

Our team will review your request and send you the return shipping address and any additional instructions within 1 business day.

Ship Your Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using a trackable service. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for orders over $75.

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Requirements

We accept returns within 45 days of your purchase date. After 45 days, we are unable to offer a refund.

  • Item must be unused and unworn
  • Must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required
  • Sale items are final sale — not eligible for return
  • Do not send items back without contacting us first

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Haven't received your refund? First check your bank account, then contact your credit card company — it may take a few days to post. Still nothing? Email us at orders@designer-iwear.com.

Shipping Your Return

Once you contact us and your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Use a trackable shipping service for items over $75
  • Consider purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value orders
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking

2-Year Manufacturer Warranty

All frames sold by Designer iWear are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

What's Covered

Manufacturing defects, frame failures under normal use, and lens defects on applicable styles.

What's Not Covered

Accidental damage, scratches, normal wear and tear, lost or stolen frames, or damage caused by misuse.

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your proof of purchase and photos of the defect.
